Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern all giveaways, raffles, leaderboards, streak rewards and other promotions run on phree.vip (the Site), operated by Phree Gaming as an independent Rainbet affiliate partner.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, to participate in any promotion tied to wagering. Employees of Phree Gaming and their household members are not eligible. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

Entry. Entry mechanics are described on the relevant page of the Site. Wager linked promotions count only activity placed on Rainbet under code PHREE. Free entry promotions require no purchase or wager. Bonus entries earned through the daily streak require a signed in account.

Fair play. One account per person. Wagers are weighted by game RTP as described in the Wager Rewards Rules. Any abuse, exploitation, use of multiple or shared accounts, self referral, or activity flagged as irregular by Rainbet disqualifies the participant and forfeits any pending rewards.

Winners and payment. Leaderboard and wager milestone rewards are credited within 72 hours of the period ending, to the participant's Rainbet balance. Giveaway, raffle and clip winners are announced live on stream and on socials, and must claim within 14 days or the prize is redrawn.

Changes. Phree Gaming may modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, including where required by law or by Rainbet policy. Decisions on winners and eligibility are final.

Responsible play. Gambling involves risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, seek help through your local support services.
